  • Raag based Sound Therapy: 4 Indian Raag’s - Raag Bhairav, Yaman Kalyan, Malkauns and Sarang are used to create this music therapy. The structure of these Ragas were made using sound therapy which helps in healing from within. The sound energy from these ragas induce particular moods and emotions and will help in increasing your deep sleep phase. In sleep there are 4 stages: conscious light sleep, light sleep with relaxation, deep sleep and dreams. These 4 ragas will help with these 4 stages of sleep. Conscious light sleep is similar to morning time for which raag bhairav is used. Light sleep with relaxation is similar to the afternoon time hence raag yaman kalyan is used. Deep sleep is similar to night time where raag malkauns will help. Lastly, dreams is like being in action and full of energy, hence raag sarang is used for calming down and boosting positive energy in the body. 

  • No beats: This music therapy is an instrumental track. Water element is used in this music therapy for calming and relaxing the body. There are no beats or binaural beats used in this music therapy as beats distort sleep.

Additional Tip for sleeping better:

Follow rhythmic breathing till you're awake while listening to this deep sleep music therapy. Lie down with your back straight and relax and loosen the body. Inhale 1-2-3-4 and Exhale 1-2-3-4. Keep doing this until you fall asleep.

    My nightmares are gone! THANK YOU

    I am so happy to share that my nightmares and bad dreams are gone and I would like to thank Yaha and the team behind creating this music therapy.

    I was suffering with sleep issues for a long time, had medicines to sleep which made me put on weight and used to feel tired in the morning every single day. Because I was tired, I used to feel irritated with everyone around me.

    I wanted a way where i could sleep peacefully without nightmares or bad dreams. I knew that having meditation for sleep cannot be the solution for me. My friend came across this 8 hour deep sleep music therapy and shared with me.
